65 million years after they became extinct, dinosaurs continue to fascinate young and old alike, and the Prehistoric World park near me continues to attract visitors.
There are, I mean were, so many kinds of dinosaurs that I wanted to make a puppet XXX a species that I had not represented yet. The triceratops gets its name from the fact that it has three horns, two on top of its head and one above his nostrils.
It somewhat resembles today's rhinoceros, but it was a lot bigger, since they could be up to 10 metres (32 feet) long and up to 4 metres (13 feet) high at the withers.
My triceratops puppets are a lot less scary, and kids will surely enjoy playing with them!
That new puppet is the latest addition to my collection of puppets and articulated paper dolls made from sandwich bags. This also includes another dinosaur: a playful brachiosaur.
It will soon be Valentine's Day! Here is an inexpensive way to make a heart-shaped flower from simply some construction paper and a wooden skewer.
The free document contains the patterns for the hearts and the leaf!
Paper hearts are nice, but crispy hearts that you can eat may be even better!
