In the fall, I published a project that required cutting slices of a wine cork. But cutting a cork is not always easy.

So I made this new video that shows how to make it easier to cut wine corks.

Did you know that it is possible to paint with glue? Actually, the technique could be called painting by subtraction, since the lines painted with glue are those where the paint will not go.

In this project, I applied that technique to painting snowflakes. You will see that there is an additional document that contains many samples of snowflake shapes. It's excellent for use as a pre-writing exercise or for a lesson on symmetry.
