A big thank you to all those who replied to my survey last week! I was particularly moved by the kind words that some of you wrote in the comment box. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Most of you say it is easy to find what you are looking for on the website. However, there is room for improvement. There are three suggestions in particular that we are going to work on:
- Search should find results even if you don't specify the exact title word.
- It should be possible to narrow the search by document type.
- It should be easier to find a specific theme or subject.
After eliminating duplicates, we did a random draw to determine who wins a document of their choice. The winnner's name is Hope. Congratulations! I have already contacted Hope to send her the prize.
My YouTube channel has over 11,500 subscribers and almost 6 million views! Although this newsletter remains the main means of communication with you, various social media such as YouTube and Facebook allow me to reach even more people. I am very grateful for your support, whatever the platform.
