Hi %recipient.firstname%,
It's almost spring (at least, according to the calendar)! Here is a new way to make butterflies. This project uses a paper toilet roll for the body of the butterfly.
Since these butterflies are relatively big, they are easy to make, even for tiny hands that aren't very nimble yet. Watch my new video to find out how to proceed. The document contains the patterns for the wings that I used in my examples.
To learn more about the life cycle of butterflies, see this article on my blog, with a video that contains plenty of gorgeous images.
Because you are a Pro
Among the new printables this week are several colouring pages: a leprechaun, a mandala, a giraffe, and a directed colouring page with an astronaut and martians.
In addition, you'll find: a fun additions exercise with cheeses, a spot-the-differences game, a maze with Easter eggs, a pre-writing exercise, a sudoku 6x6 with trees, and a connect-the-dots picture of a hen.
Various other butterfly activities:
Have a great week!
