2. What if my printer runs out of ink the day I decide to print an Project Guide?

If you are unable to print because of a problem with your printer, your internet connection, or for whatever reason, you have 72 hours to print your Project Guide, starting from the first time you click on the "Print" button in the Confirm dialog.

3. Why can I not print all 24 Project Guides at once?

An Animaplates subscription works like a monthly magazine. Each month it allows you to choose two projects. We are constantly adding new projects to the website. By not printing everything at once, you are sure to always have the biggest choice possible. And don't worry, we do not intend to remove projects (though we may replace some with improved versions).

4. What if I forget to print (or if I am sick, on vacation etc)?

If you don't print the 2 projects that you are entitled to each month, the remaining quota will carry over and be added to the next month. So you don't lose it.

If at the end of the year you haven't printed everything and you renew your subscription in time, your quota will carry over to the next year. If you don't renew before your subscription expires, you lose your accumulated quota.

5. Why is there no way to download the Project Guides ?

Animaplates Project Guides are protected by copyright. Your subscription entitles you to print Project Guides for your personal use. If it were possible to download the Project Guides , some people would be tempted to email them to their friends, and that would be illegal and unfair to our artist.
