3-D Cow

A lesson about life on the farm is not complete without a cow. For background information, I recommend New Zealand’s Dairy Education website. It contains several printable documents that are helpful in classrooms anywhere.

And what better way to illustrate the lesson than a visual arts project where the students represent a cow themselves? This little cow is just the right size to play with, or to display as a decoration.

This cow is also very nice to make at home. It can even be made into a piggy bank.
