Finger paint: Christmas Tree
Fingers, even tiny fingers, look like tree branches when you’re painting with your hands. This is a wonderful project that foretells Christmas when the tree is not up yet, and that will keep a lasting memory of the Christmas tree ever after.

This is a great group project. Everyone can join in.
I had all five of my grandchildren (Ages: nearly 2, nearly 4, 11, 12 & 13) at the house last weekend. Each child did a couple of rows of green hand prints and a number of colored ornaments. Steven, my oldest grandson, “painted” the trunk with his forearm. We used gold paint for the star, as I planned to have the finished tree laminated and wasn’t sure how it would affect glitter.
Everyone signed the group work, even Zoe and little Blake. (Can you tell his is the second signature?)
Here’s the completed tree.
What a great idea to make this a group project! The tree is gorgeous. And what a beautiful memory of your grandchildren.
Gorgeous Denise! Beautiful frame too!! Thanks for sharing (=
