Porthole Picture Frame
Calendars often have beautiful pictures, but when the year is over, the calendar itself becomes useless. Recycle the prettiest pictures and frame them with these easy to make paper plate frames.
These porthole shaped frames can be used to decorate a child’s room, for example.
This project is also a great craft activity for a birthday party with an ocean theme.
