When you buy eggs in a plastic egg carton, recycle the box!

You can put several colours of paint in a plastic egg carton. It’s very useful when you need to use several colours for a project but it is also ideal when working with groups of children.

Obviously, they have to be taught to rinse their brush thoroughly between colours, but that’s part of the etiquette of working in a group.

If you don’t buy your eggs in plastic boxes, ask the parents of your students if they can provide them.
